Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari gave a word at the closing session, praising efforts of the participants in succeeding this conference, the papers presented and the frank dialogues that will form a strong motivation for a leading diplomatic role in Iraq in the region and the world.

The Ministry's Undersecretary ,Lapid Abbawi discussed the preparation efforts , the conference management and the various themes addressed in it , considering that a great success for a new start for diplomacy in Iraq.

2. Work Plan of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
3. Political and Technical Instructions.
4. The Final Statement.
